Tray tickets can be aligned to match the setup of the tray line assembly operation and sorted according to printer location, meal times, and other pecific operational criteria.
Tray tickets and labels include a choice of two patient identifiers to meet Joint Commission International Patient Safety Standards.
Comprehensive patient card file records allow staff access to the complete diet order, allergy, and assessment history. Allergy and preference information is automatically carried forward upon readmission so nothing gets missed.

Room Service Choice™
Room Service Choice™ offers a web-based mobile meal ordering application accessible from any web browser, including an iPad® or other mobile tablets. You have the choice to offer staff-assisted entry of patient and guest meal selections at bedside or in a call center for either on-demand room service delivery or traditional tray line meal service.
For those patients unable to place orders by phone, your staff may use a wireless tablet that allows them to easily take orders by visiting patients designated as "needing assistance." The system allows the patient to select meals in advance and these are stored until the requested mealtime arrives.
